NorthRidge Stone is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growth in the building materials sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and positioning innovative products that deliver strength, durability, and ease of installation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, builders, distributors, and design professionals.

  • Highlight the technical and installation advantages of NorthRidge Stone products.

  • Guide clients on product specifications and application.

  • Manage customer negotiations, pricing, and contracts to maximize sales performance.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in siding, stone veneer, and specialty façade materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or building materials (an asset).

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in building materials, stone veneer, or a related industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Technical sales expertise; knowledge of panelized stone veneer technologies is a plus.
