Job Duties

• Assembling, fitting, and installing prefabricated parts, components, and hardware

• Riveting, drilling, countersinking, bearing staking, and bushing installation

• Applying adhesives and sealants to meet customer requirements

• Deburring, sealing, and touching up paint and primer

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and internal process sheets

• Gathering required tools and hardware for each job

• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Supporting team members and sharing knowledge to improve processes

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

• Experience with assembly equipment such as air riveters, impact guns, presses, grinders, and clecos

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain production schedules

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and collaborate

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
